About WHQ

WHQ is the only independent housing and regeneration magazine for and about Wales. Incisive analysis, clear reporting and informed editorial – WHQ is the place to keep up to date with what is going on in housing and regeneration in Wales.

Originally launched in April 2005, this website has seen a number of developments since then.

It is now partially bilingual and includes specific sections dedicated to two Welsh Assembly Government sponsored information initiatives - the Tenant Empowerment Grant scheme and i2i (inform to involve) which provides support to local authorities and tenants in the process of achieving the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

We are continually developing the content of this website and welcome any suggestions for improvements.

Our aim for the website is to provide:

a resource for anyone with an interest in contemporary housing and regeneration issues in Wales and beyond

access to information about a wide range of policy and good practice developments

an easy way to access a wide range of links to other organisations and sources of information
