Funded by the Welsh Assembly Government

Who are we

The i2i project has secured funding for an additional 3 years, up until 2012, and is now in its second phase.

The team is managed by CIH Cymru but is funded through the Welsh Assembly Government and close links to the Regeneration and Housing directorates remain, in order to carry out the aims of the project successfully. This allows us to act independently at all times, but ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and have the opportunity to be involved in the stock transfer process.

i2i currently has 3 team members working on the project.

The Housing and Regeneration Manager is responsible for managing the i2i project and developing new ideas around housing-led regeneration. However, the wider role is to promote housing led regeneration across the sector in Wales, and to link in with other strategic regeneration projects that work to promote economic and community prosperity, local skills and jobs for Welsh people living in our most deprived communities.
