Rowan Associates

Rowan Associates is a group of independent consultants who have all worked successfully for many years within Wales. We have 25 years experience of working with tenants' organisations and other service user groups. We can:

develop and support tenant participation and service user involvement;
carry out research;
undertake reviews of organisations; and
help develop further proposals.

Rowan are especially experienced at working with groups who want to develop different ways of involving people, including tenants with support needs.

We have helped groups:

hold local events to increase membership;
carry out questionnaires to find out members' priorities and how they would like to get involved;
produce newsletters and information directories;
organise trips, socials, and other activities including Tai Chi, assertiveness training and Salsa dancing; and
improve participation with landlords and achieve real results.
