Tenants Advice and Consultancy Team – TACT@DOME

TACT @ DOME works closely with tenants and residents, providing independent advice and support. Their aim is to make sure that you are able to influence your landlord in a positive way, be part of the decision making process and have a real say in the things that are important to you.

TACT @ DOME can assist with:

producing newsletters and publicity;
organising surveys, consultation activities and ballots;
training for groups on a range of subjects;
setting up groups and assisting with constitutions;
drawing up agreements;
promotion of your interests at time of major change;
producing work programmes and action plans; and
advice on funding, including putting bids together.
