As the Director of the company is a tenant, CG Consultancy really knows and understands what tenants' issues and concerns are. They help in facilitating closer relationships between tenants and their landlords for the betterment of all, and work closely with tenants to provide clear, independent advice and support to tenants seeking a greater say in the way their homes are mangaged. They aim to ensure that tenants can influence and become part of the decision making process with their landlord, so that services provided can be improved for all.

CG consultancy has helped to:

provide independent advice and Chairing to tenants engaged with their landlord looking at the implementation of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and the future management/ownership of their homes;
provide training for and helped implement a Tenant Inspector Programme, this included carrying out ‘Mystery Shopping’ exercises;
work on Teg Projects looking at setting up a multi landlord Tenants Group in a small isolated village; looking at ways in which an existing tenants and residents group could encourage increased interest and ensure the future for that group.
