Community Training Partnership

Since its inception in 2000, Community Training Partnership has established itself as a specialist training and management consultancy operating across all sectors across in Wales. The firm has executed consultancy projects for a diverse range of clientele including:

Welsh Assembly Government - trained over 1000 personnel in Equality Legislation;
Welsh Development Agency’s DEEP Partnership - trained the Italian trans-national partners in Italy on implementing EU Equality Directives as part of the strategic action phase of the European EQUAL initiative;
Arts Council of Wales - carried out, as part of a consortium, a strategic review of three of the Council’s fund recipients.

As a pioneer Approved TEG Agent, CTP has not only delivered TEG-funded projects for clients such as Wales & West Housing Association’s Residents Forum and Butetown Young BME Residents, but also contributed to the development of the TEG into the most innovative and cost-effective strategy for combating social exclusion in contemporary Housing Management.
