Heart of England Consultancy is a not for profit company which specialises in giving independent advice to tenants and leaseholders on options appraisal, stock transfer, ALMO and PFI consultation processes. We also advise on tenant participation and tenant and board member training.
The consultancy service has gained a reputation for committed, informed working with tenants and their representative bodies on a straight forward, no nonsense, unbiased "we deliver" approach. Our aim is to inform and empower tenants to assist them in making their own decisions and, if appropriate, learning new skills and taking on new roles and responsibilities. They have extensive experience of working nationally across England and Wales and have recently worked on a successful TEG project with the Monmouthshire Tenants Steering Group to increase the number and diversity of tenants and leaseholders actively involved in the management of their homes.
